West Concord, MN: Berne Wood-Fired Pizza is gearing up for another great summer of mouth watering pizzas and toe-tapping tunes as it announces the return of some of its most beloved musical acts for the 2024 season. With Wednesday nights set to be filled with an amazing combination of delicious pizza and captivating live music, Berne invites everyone to kick off the excitement on June 5th at 5 PM.
This year, Berne is excited to announce the return of some fan-favorites that have become synonymous with the summer venue.
Coming back to the stage with much fanfare are the beloved bands Six Mile Grove, Incognito, The Local Hooligans, and Lost Faculties. These tried and true performers have become staples of the Berne experience, drawing in audiences with unforgettable performances and incredible energy. But it doesn’t stop there. Eight new bands will make their Berne debut this summer, and Berne is thrilled to welcome back two wonderful tribute acts that have reached legendary status at Berne: Crazy on You: A Tribute to Heart and fABBAulous: A Tribute to ABBA. Fans of the timeless classics anxiously await these nights each summer where the music pays homage to these legendary bands.
Of course, no trip to Berne would be complete without indulging in the mouth watering pizzas that have become essential to the Wednesday night experience. The quality ingredients produce a monthly specialty pizza including the Chicken, Bacon, Ranch, Hawaiian, and Bacon Bleu. Those with more traditional palates will enjoy the Bacon Cheeseburger and Meat Lover’s.
In addition to pizza and music, Berne has many special events planned to make every night unique. Returning once again this year is the SxSE Brewfest, brought to you by the SxSE Brewery located in Pine Island, Minnesota. In addition, Berne is set to host a monthly classic car cruise-in, weekly children’s crafts, an artisan market, and, new this year, “Country Night,” which will feature two country music bands as well as activities. This event will take place on June 26th.
So, mark your calendars and make plans to join Berne for another season of unforgettable moments, delectable flavors, and fantastic music, all while raising money to support a variety of area nonprofits.
