Elder Network is a registered 501(c)3 nonprofit that was formed in 1988. We have been serving Dodge County since 2022, and are working to provide the community with supportive services and information for older adults and caregivers. We want to take the time to honor the disability community, as July is Disability Pride Month. There are many different community resources that Dodge County has to support and empower the disability community. One resource is Disability Hub MN, a free statewide resource that helps people with disabilities get connected with resources they may need for navigating challenges and planning for the future. Contact Disability Hub MN at 1-866-333-2466. The Disability Hub is open Monday to Friday from 8:30am-5pm.
