Notice of Public Hearing
Small Cities Development Program Grant
Notice is hereby given that the City of West Concord will conduct a public hearing on April 18, 2024, at approximately 6:30 p.m. at the West Concord Bell Tower Center, 401 Main Street West Concord, MN 55985. The City of West Concord was awarded a Small Cities Development Program Grant for housing and rental rehabilitation. The public hearing is an opportunity for property owners to provide feedback on the original Citizen Participation Plan and any substantial amendments to it, or to the activities for which SCDP funds are used. A representative from Southeastern Minnesota Multi-County Housing and Rehabilitation Authority will be in attendance.
