Midnight Hounds Album Release Party

Posted

Saturday evening at the Pure Rock Studios in Rochester the Midnight Hounds performed live as celebration of the release date of their new album "Atomic Sand". They performed all fifteen tracks of the album in a set that lasted just over an hour. Then they switched gears and played an acoustic set with Layne on guitar, Teresa on fiddle and Travis on cello.

Then the band came back on stage to play some of their new material for the crowd and they did not disappoint. A live band in a small venue is always great and this being a recording studio the sound was spot on. They just kept churning out great music and were definitely in the groove building the excitement of the event. They were really rockin' and the last half hour was just song after song of terrific tunes. They have a wealth of good material for a new album and this is certainly a rock'n'roll band you should see live if you have a chance.

The new cd is available at Mantorville Art Guild in Mantorville and all major streaming services.
