Claremont Chamber of Commerce Helps Many Local Causes

The Claremont Chamber Charitable Gaming raises funds which are donated top many community organizations each year. They have four locations currently; two in Dodge Center, one in Claremont and one in Blooming Prairie. In 2020 they raised $58,906 and in 2021 with the lockdowns the amount swelled to $229,236. 2022 figures have just been released and total $186,097.

Last year J&H Liquor in Blooming Prairie generated $27,079. Dodge Center Country Club generated $49,600. The Dodge Center American Legion raised $37,981 and the Claremont Pub brought in $70,477.

The donations are distributed to many area benefits including Beds for Kids, Homeless Teens of Steele County, Claremont Fire Department, Claremont First Responders, Steel County Mounted Posse, Dodge County Free Fair, Triton School District, Dodge Center Fire and Ambulance, Fairview Care Center, Triton T.E.A.M., Triton Post Prom, Triton Youth Wrestling, American Cancer Society, American Legion Baseball, American Legion Softball and the Dodge County Corn Growers Association just to name a few.
